The microcopy on this page was designed to alleviate the affects of a huge sweep of outdated content. The goal was to retain users who were looking for bookmarked content while not gaslighting them when they discovered it was gone.

The U.S. Web Design system is a technical product, but federal agencies are required to write in Plain Language. Ensuring that technical content was readable and understandable was a particular challenge of this role.
